Power Lab

The Power Lab is a leadership learning initiative. It’s led by community organizers who are mobilizing mostly racialized workers and residents around a shared vision of a fair economy. It’s a facilitated space for organizers to learn from each others’ experiences, experiment with new strategies and tools, and collaborate to build economic and democratic power to fight inequality. The founders of the Power Lab are the Atkinson Foundation and the Broadbent Institute.
