Stand up for Progress National Tour featuring Harry Leslie Smith kicks off as Parliament rises for summer

 

 

 92-year-old veteran and author of acclaimed book Harry’s Last Stand inspires Canada’s young progressive activists

OTTAWA, ON--The Broadbent Institute’s Stand up for Progress National Tour featuring Harry Leslie Smith kicks off in Victoria on June 18.

Canada’s oldest rebel and author of Harry’s Last Stand: How the World My Generation Built is Falling Down, and What We Can Do To Save It is inspiring the next generation of activists during a six-city tour in the lead-up to the federal election.

Following Smith’s speech, a panel discussion will follow with young activists.
